  15. This program will let you log on to any NTP server, retrieve the current
  16. time and syncronise your Amiga's clock with it.  Supports sntp, time and
  17. daytime protocols on any port number with potential accuracy of up to 20ms.
  18. Lots of features!

  20. FACTS2 supports all TCP/IP stacks which implement bsdsocket.library v4.
  21. (eg. AmiTCP, Miami, TermiteTCP)
  22. It does *not* use the virtual TCP: device.

  24. Version 2 is designed to run in the background and adjust your system time
  25. when requested by you or an ARexx script, although it can still run as a CLI
  26. command in an identical way to v1.1

  28. You do not need an Internet connection for this program to be useful!
  29. FACTS2 has an "AutoDST" feature, which will automatically adjust your clock
  30. and the TZ env-var to reflect the time shift.
  31.  
  32. In addition, any alterations to TZ will make FACTS adjust your system time
  33. accordingly (can be disabled).  Built-in SummerTimeGuard emulation enables
  34. YAM2 to automatically adjust for DST.

  40.   October, although switching the other way had no problems)

  46.
